Are electricity, gas and telephone charges included in the rental price?
Electricity and gas are inclusive in the rental price but telephone calls are charged at a premium rate at £1.50 per minute at all times.

What are the minimum and maximum numbers of people your apartments can accommodate?
We have apartments for 1 person or up to 7 people.

What are the minimum and maximum lengths of stay?
The minimum length of stay is 1 week and the maximum 6 months (3 months in any one apartment). 3-4 night short breaks are available from time to time.
